When Mark, a 35-year-old social care assessor, and Natalie, a 34-year-old accounts assistant, discovered they were expecting their first child, they knew it was time to turn the page on their current chapter. Their cosy two-bedroom terrace, lovingly renovated over the years, had served them well, but with a baby on the way, they craved more space, less DIY, and a home that could adapt with them.

Mark was immediately drawn to the idea of a new build, “Pristine finishes, no renovation stress, and a clean slate were top of my list,” he said.
