How does it work?

In recognition of the amazing work our Armed Forces do for our country, we’re helping military personnel to buy their own home.

The Armed Forces scheme is made up of three elements, of which you can choose to combine. To purchase a new-build Linden Home, you can use any or all of the following:

The Armed Forces Help to Buy scheme from the MOD offers an interest-free advance on your salary.
The Linden Homes exclusive military services discount offers a price discount of £1,000 for every £20,000 you spend on a Linden Home, up to a maximum of £25,000*.
Flooring package included.

Thanks to our Armed Forces scheme, you could be moving into a new-build home a lot quicker than you thought possible.

Who is eligible?

To qualify for the Linden Homes Armed Forces scheme, you need to be a serving member of the Regular and Reserve UK Armed Forces and to have passed Phase 1 of your training.

We are proud to hold a Gold Award for the Armed Forces Covenant

In 2019, Linden Homes was recognised for its support of the Armed Forces with a prestigious Gold Award, as part of the Ministry of Defence Employee Recognition Scheme (ERS), which we are proud to have maintained.

It’s an initiative we’re involved in to offer fair opportunity and social access to past or current members of the Armed Forces and their families.

It's all part of our pledge to give back to military personnel.

How does it work

Armed Forces Discount Scheme is available on our selected new build homes only, subject to contract and eligibility criteria. To qualify you must be a currently serving member of the regular or reserve UK Armed Forces and have passed Phase 1 of your training. You must provide us with evidence of your status in the UK Armed Forces and that you meet these requirements which is satisfactory to us. The discount is £1,000 off every £20,000 of purchase price, up to a maximum of £25,000 of the new home purchased from us, before the discount is applied. £3,000 contribution towards flooring will be deducted from funds due on legal completion of the purchase of a new home from us. Forces Help to Buy has specific terms and conditions and is subject to affordability criteria as prescribed by the Homes and Communities Agency and the Ministry of Defence. To take advantage of this offer you must claim before reserving a property from us and before any other discount is applied.
